A very limited menu while still recovering from the hurricanes. About a dozen Chinese food options on the menu. No sushi for the time being.
The broccoli chicken was good and fried rice excellent. My server was fast, friendly, and attentive without being overbearing.
This will be a great place once they fully reopen. -

My guy and I decided to try this place on a whim one night at the hotel in Puerto Rico. It's located on the second floor of the hotel to the left of the elevators. They have some seating off to the side and a walk up bar where you can glimpse the chef cooking away through a small window in the wall.
The staff is friendly and polite. We were greeted at the bar and had our order taken within five minutes. The food sounded good and smelled delicious. Lucky for us it's a slow period for tourists so it wasn't packed. Our food was made hot and fresh! I couldn't have been more pleased with the overall quality and taste of our meal. The chicken and veggies had so much flavor. I especially enjoyed the spring rolls and wish I could have eaten a dozen more without sacrificing my "beach bod." This was by far one of the cheapest tabs we had at any of the hotel restaurants and bars; the prices were great!
If and when we return to Puerto Rico, I would love to visit this spot again. Thank you for the wonderful visit and good food. -

5 stars for the wonderful service Eight Noodle bar gave us while staying in the Hilton. Now I wouldn't recommend the Hilton yet, but Eight Noodle is trying so hard to provide quality yummy food in the midst of a VERY empty hotel. No sushi yet (I don't think there are enough customers to keep fresh fish). But the Edamame, Miso soup, rice, and Wente Chardonnay are fabulous! They made my daughter a custom size Miso soup because she loved it so much! I hope these nice people can make it with such a slow hotel. If your near by stop by for a snack and a drink!

Well I will start with the good. I ordered the sesame chicken with white rice. The service was fast and courteous.
I had my meal within about 10 minutes. The rice was very good and the chicken was hot, tender, with crisp breading and served on a bed of broccoli.
Now here is where it goes down hill. The chicken, sauce, and breading had very little flavor and the broccoli was cool, as if it was cooked and ready well before the chicken.
For the price charged, I'd would have expected better food and a salad or soup to have been included with the dish. -

Not bad. I always get the lo mein with shrimp. It's about 13 bucks and is by far the best value on the menu. Very simple and filling.
The rest of the dishes are around 21-23 dollars each. I little steep for one person.
